I came out as ‘advocate’ but reading through it isn’t me. I wouldn’t try to calm down a tyrant! I would shoot him.

I'm a defender apparently. Quite a lot of it was true though and apparently The Queen is one so I'm in good company.

It's Myers Briggs isn't it?
Complete load of nonsense but I'm a INTP/Logician

It's Myers Briggs isn't it? Looks like it. I'm deeply suspicious of anything that reduces a wealth of real-world data to a few simple numbers. I feel the same way about IQ tests. I was INTP-T (Logician). Some parts were accurate. Some weren't. "Though Logicians may scoff at the notion, they actually function best when paired with another person." Absolutely not, in my case. I simply can't function at all when there's someone else watching me work.

INTJ.
I would say it is 80 percent accurate, but the descriptions on that page are not as good as some other sites.
It is meant to be more a 'base' personality that doesn't factor in life experience and how that alters us, so there are always going to be discrepancies.
I am EXTREMELY empathetic, which has probably come out of my upbringing and I am not even remotely vengeful (when I am done with you that's it, you no longer exist, but I don't want to destroy you) but everything else is pretty much spot on.

I simply can't function at all when there's someone else watching me work. I have C-PTSD which over rides my base personality and alters certain aspects of it. It also depends on the situation. I can and do work better alone, but my chosen career path means that I don't have a say in that and I have to work with others, so I have to alter my personality to be able to do that which I find very uncomfortable.

INFP - Mediator. Much of it rings true, especially the creative bit and management style. The picture makes me e look like a hippy flower-child, though, and those days are long gone.....
EDIT: Just noticed there’s been a lot on IN types so far (mine is INFP).

I got Architect. Most of the traits fit me but the results don't, as in people with the personality are supposed to have very successful careers & I don't really have a career at all, just temp jobs. The test probably doesn't take into account having Asperger's.

Pretty accurate. I was an ISTJ when work paid for the official Myers-Briggs and the same through this one.

Advocate. And while I don't agree with everything, it's describing me more accurately than I expected.

Defender, IFSJ - A. Pretty accurate. I remember doing a course years ago at work and I was the only one who came out the same at work as at home. Apparently most of us are different people in and out of work. I must be a robot I think!

Adventurer/ISFP.
Somewhat accurate. It's right about me being shy and introverted, prefering to be left alone to do my own thing, taking a long time to open up to people, quite easily stressed. I'm not creative though (I did like drawing until I did GCSE Art) and I think they describe someone much more assertive. And I doubt anyone would call me charming.

ENFP-T, campaigner. So entirely wrong... And I was being honest.

ENFP-T, campaigner. So entirely wrong... And I was being honest. If you were honest then maybe it isn't wrong but rather a different perception than what you think your personality type is?

I'm an Advocate/INFJ-T. And clearly I really am, because I remember doing this test a while ago, and getting the exact same result. It's actually quite scarily accurate on some things. If anyone really enjoys these tests, here's another one I thought was good: projects.fivethirtyeight.com/personality-quiz/

I got INFJ-A / INFJ-T Advocate too. Which I think is probably a little flattering! Although evidently this is true, given my other posts in the trans issue thread.

Another interesting one is love languages. It's actually been quite helpful to me to know my own, and also my friends ones to know how best to cheer them up or what means a lot to them which may be different to what would work for me. www.5lovelanguages.com/quizzes/

I got 'virtuoso', strengths of which include optimism, calmness and spontaneity... I definitely screenshot that and sent it to my friends for a good laugh.
