I ordered and completed a test last Tuesday. They say i should have results in 72 hours but can take up to 5 working days. If I don’t receive them by end of the day does anyone know what I need to do? I still have my unique barcode so can use that but I e looked on several websites and can’t find any advice on not receiving your results back
i know if I did have it there is no probs as it’s been almost two weeks since I had a symptom but my work are on at me To report if I had it or not

Continue to wait. Lots of people are reporting a longer time to receive test results.

I know it was in a home and slightly different, but my Mum waited two weeks twice to find out they had lost the tests of the home. Then despite this now being of the utmost importance the third test still took a week to come back. You may need to check now.
Still, between you and my Mum it has probably added around ten to Matt Hancocks test figures
