New "absurdist" play by James Mannion. A rather dotty young woman whose husband has left lives with her intellectual cat and a plague of mites until the pest controller, who may or may not be her husband, turns up. Interesting surreal scene featuring a mite family. Reminiscent, if anything, of early Ionescu but the revival of absurd theatre, for me, is case unproven.
Some amusing situations and funny lines but works more as an intellectual exercise than as a production. Not that the packed audience, who loved the piece, were complaining in the least.
