I am planning to book some tickets for my mum's birthday next weekend to the 20th Anniversary Lion King Gala Performance. On the website it says 'this is a formal event so guests are invited to dress smartly'. For those of you lucky enough to ettend such performances... Can I wear my smart silver suit?! There is no mention of black tie or dark colours.
