Pardon my lack of knowledge, but do shows sell day seats during previews? For example, the upcoming Mary Poppins and &Juliet. Does it depend on the individual shows, or is there a procedure to it?
Thank you.

Pardon my lack of knowledge, but do shows sell day seats during previews? For example, the upcoming Mary Poppins and &Juliet. Does it depend on the individual shows, or is there a procedure to it? Thank you. It really depends on the show, some won't mind doing day seats from the very beginning, others will wait until after press night. They'll usually announce their policy on social media or it'll quietly go on the website. If they don't say anywhere for whatever reason, the box office are usually able to tell you via a visit to the theatre or a quick phone call. Hope that helps!

Mamma Mia! Only recent launched rush after around 20 years! Most shows at least have something, although Mary Poppins is selling very well so maybe not initially.
