Hmpf. I should really consider moving to London as I'm never in town when these things happen. It be great if there were another Theatreboard team, and even greater if it won again

A TheatreBoard Quiz Team at a What's On Stage event...how very interesting and awkward.
But we shall do it. As with the WEW one let's get a team together for this. And this time the team will be kitted out in lovely TheatreBoard branding. If the postman decides to be competent this time of course. I think we need to shout about who we are with this one in particular...

Could we not also take our own mugs and bring along the My Theatre Mates ones with Terri Paddock on them just to *really* wreck with their heads?

Now now. Maintain the moral high ground.
There's an antiques and second hand shop just round the corner from me and a few weeks ago they had a replica cannon in the window. It was expensive, but if they still had it it would be tempting to buy it for the TheatreBoard team so they could turn up and, without comment, leave it pointed at the WhatsOnStage people throughout the evening.

Update. So I just rang The Theatre Cafe and they're not selling individual tickets, only 5 at a time.
This means to partake there must be a team of 5 people.
I think we have to move fast on this one as The Theatre Cafe is small and this will be popular.

I love a pub quiz so would have considered going except - 1. I'd feel awkward on my own 2. I'm at Dr Faustus with the Game of Thrones hearthrob
Good luck, and tell WOS they are gits.

Maybe we should all chip in to raise £25 and then turn up and just put cardboard headstones on the table with our names from the old board on them and leave before the quiz starts.

Okay. If there's anything still available I will take to bull by the horns, as it were and go and and book a table, which'll be for 5 people and you guys can just pay me on the night.
I'll keep you all posted.

Basically seeing as Anthony is going to book, if Anthony is OK with it, it's probably wise now to contact him if you wish to go and arrange it all with him. If it turns out there are more than five that want to go then it gets a bit awkward but it might be possible that two teams of five can be created.

Okay guys. good news & bad news.
Firstly, the good news. there's only 1 table available left. Yay!
Bad news. I just checked the calendar whilst on the phone to the man and before handing over my card details to realise i actually have something on that night. Grrr!
Sooooo, if someone else wants to take over, my recommendation is to book that table now.
Like, right now

One question which springs up.. where's the £5 per head going? TheatreCafe will make cash on the bar/food for the evening and there's no mention of charity (unlike Wilma's one from a couple of weeks ago).
Therefore - can we presume that the £5/head is going into the WoS pocket?
