Wow I havn't seen the name Bogdan Kominowski for a long time. I remember seeing him in Elvis the Musical playing the older Elvis at the Victoria Palace back in 1979.

Yes, I remember listening to this on the radio when it was on. I have it on cassette tape somewhere...

It’s a good recording (I think it was recorded at Golders Green Hippodrome) and well performed with the exception of Julian, who I love but who was out of his depth, speaking the role and no doubt making Michael Reed’s heart stop once or twice as he waved his baton.

Yes it was the Astoria. I somehow misread the name on the ticket. In my defence it was an old ticket ha ha
