Apparently Kendall and Kylie Jenner went to see Wicked in London last night and left at the interval!
Anyone know why?

Maybe they thought defying gravity was the end.
No idea who they are though?

They're pretty dim bulbs. Defying Gravity probably went right over their heads.

Probably in their contract that they only had to stay for the first act.

The real question is why would anyone care what they did?

Are they famous? Should we be concerned?

They are the half-sisters of the Kardashians.
Maybe they hated the show. Maybe they had somewhere to be. Maybe they thought it was the end. Maybe someone felt ill. Maybe they realised they're rich enough to fly to the US and see Hamilton instead. Who knows?

The first half is bad enough, but let's face it, Wicked does go downhill in Act II.

Oooo the social media team will be pissed at that... now they can't do their usual weekly "look who came to our show" tweet!

To be fair
I took my Korean friend to see Wicked, and he stood up at the interval, put his coat on "wow that was good" and all that He thought it was over
If I wasn't with him he would've left!
I wonder how many tourists leave unknowingly at the interval of shows...

I wonder how many tourists leave unknowingly at the interval of shows... Loads of people left at the Interval at Ragtime, and I'm sure at least some of them must've thought it was over. I was told I was near a Jenner once, I'm sure I should've been more appreciative.

They suddenly realised they were so over commercial theatre and went to see what's on at the Peckham's local experimental amateur theatre of post-modern deconstruction.

I've stopped my friends from leaving Children of Eden and (of course) Into The Woods in the past.

Haha I can't remember As Long As You're Mine is my Wicked favourite, so Act 2 is at least good for me I think in Wicked's case especially, Defying Gravity is such a huge huge Act 1 finale, even compared to other theatre shows, I'm not surprised he thought it was over

Maybe they thought defying gravity was the end. No idea who they are though? If that's the case then in their, very weak defence, my fiance is not a theatre goer at all and I took him to see Hugh Jackman in Concert when we lived in Sydney. Hugh did this incredible number for the end of Act One and when the curtain came done my fiance stood up saying what a wonderful show it was and getting ready to leave! He's very pretty but not very bright when it comes to the theatre.

I once left during the interval of 'The Commitments' but only because it was bloody awful.
