I'm not being an arse but would anyone REALLY get one of these? I can understand getting ur fav show poster or even a pic of the inside of a theatre but a seating plan? It's seems incredibly niche. Or maybe I'm just a philistine

It just seems like something anyone with a decent printer can do themselves. Find the seating plan you want online in decent quality, print it, frame it - done.

Hi guys, The posters came about originally because I personally wanted something to represent my career so far in the business. I didn't want to decorate my flat with the colourful show posters because they are so overused and didn't really fit the vibe of my Stockholm flat. It was due to the popularity among acting colleagues that I started to produce other theatres, and before I knew it ZeatArt was born :-) The concept has proven popular with all sorts of people; especially actors, people who love to go the theatre, and also people who love certain shows in particular (Today a knee surgeon ordered 3 theaters he had been to recently).
It's a new way to appreciate the amazing shows that have been put on in these incredible buildings, and the seating plans make interesting shapes too! Unfortunately it's not as easy as simply printing the plans from online (I wish it was!) Usually the quality is no where near good enough. On top of that, I wanted the same format for all my posters on the ZeatArt range. We don't think our posters are 'niche'... they are proving to look good pretty much anywhere we display them! Thanks anyway for checking out the website ;-) All the best, Anton

Anton is such a sweetie. When the performance of Oberhausen’s Tarzan was cancelled due to the sprinkler last Summer, he was so kind and understanding to the audience members who came for the one-off performances to sign. If I didn’t already have show posters adorning every wall in my lounge, I would consider ordering the prints. There is such a thing as too much stagey, I fear.

that was amazing last august - missed 3 of the 4 booked shows because of the water damage, but the improvised concert and the signing was great

Missed this when it was first posted. These are amazing... although some, it must be said, are better than others. In their older forms, several of them, represented in this well thumbed little book...
...used to be real works of art. I can remember seeing them etched on the glass panel of many box offices, and when you bought your tickets at the counter, the box office clerk would point out where your seats were on the plan.

I do like the idea behind ZeatArt and have seating plans look the same for different theatres (which they usually don't 100% if you download them), but tbh I just went ahead and made the ones I wanted for the Adelphi and the Starlight Express theatre in Bochum myself and had them printed on 100g paper. It may have taken some time, but I got the size I wanted (and fit in my room with enough space for more plans) and it was way cheaper 😅
