R.I.P. Liz Smith

I often chuckle at the vivid memory of Liz Smith in Stephen Daldry's Royal Court premiere of Caryl Churchill's This Is a Chair (co-produced with LIFT, was it?) where she gleefully kicked like a hooligan.
