Heading to Theatre Royal Plymouth 4-11 October 2025 ahead of a European tour (looks like Plymouth is the only UK date so far) I’d love to see this again! Does anyone know if more UK dates will be announced? Plymouth is quite far from me, so I’m hoping for other locations. Any scoop on additional UK tour dates?

If only Plymouth it is to be, then to Plymouth I (and probably hundreds more who saw it last year) will have to go ...
Day trip by train worked well for me to see a Saturday Devil Wears Prada matinee at TRP a few months ago and wasn't too expensive booked well in advance.
Shame it's not back at the Watermill though.

Very exciting news! Was hoping it would be at least closer to London (TRP is far for me too), but wouldn’t be surprised if they’re planning a run after the European tour.

Their mail-out today says "This is an exclusive UK presentation of the Watermill Theatre's award-winning production following its run in Chicago, Auckland, New Zealand and Australia. The production's only UK date will be here at TRP before a European tour!"

yes - the key word of
"Their mail-out today says "This is an exclusive UK presentation of the Watermill Theatre's award-winning production following its run in Chicago, Auckland, New Zealand and Australia. The production's only UK date will be here at TRP before a European tour!"
is the BEFORE - though arguably UK dates are also a European tour, but that's splitting hobbit feet hairs

Personally, I'd expect to see it back in 2026. And I wouldn't say no to it making an appearance at the Barbican.

It’s going to need a massive scale up to the set isn’t it?

It’s going to need a massive scale up to the set isn’t it? With a cast of over 30, it's growing again. Half way to Drury Lane size/scale!

Joined as a 'Friend' of Theatre Royal Plymouth, and just secured tickets for the matinee AND evening on 11th October. So excited. It's an even further 'there and back again' journey from the East of England than Newbury was, but SO worth it. This show is in my blood!

Am also booked - friends of the Watermill should also have received their priority booking email this morning. Am encouraged by how well it is selling so early on too, so would suggest to anybody who wants a decent seat to consider joining TRP as a member - the "Upper Circle" is not currently on sale but judging by current sales it is only a matter of time. I would expect to see one or two familar faces when casting is announced...

I'm just going to give a shout to the lovely friendly box office at Theatre Royal Plymouth who did a quick change to my LOTR booking this morning, despite being very busy. Very pleasant and nothing was too much trouble - for me a good (happy) box office often translates to a great theatre experience. Counting the days already.
