I've mentioned elsewhere, tube to Stratford can be a faff, better options inc. Kings Cross (10-mins direct train) or the Elizabeth Line. Obv. the whole mega Westfield experience is available for those with a retail inclination.

aspieandy St Pancras to Stratford International is, in fact, only 7 minutes. It's a fantastic service but it is an expensive option (£4 for a single journey - so about 58 pence per minute!). I don't use it very often as I can't use my Oyster 60 plus on it. It also doesn't count towards your daily TfL cap. But there is something magical about just how quick it is and the two very different places it unites.
