www.bushtheatre.co.uk/event/the-cord/Starting today, got tickets for this coming Saturday. I'd appreciate some feedback since I have no idea about the writer/director or the play itself.

got tickets for this coming Saturday. What did you think in the end?
I saw it during the week and thought it was fine. I liked the cast, in particular Irfan Shamji. I like the simplicity of the staging and how they fairly easily created the different places. Some of the arguments felt very familiar, no kids but my better half and I sometimes have similar balancing time with each others families and I saw that appear on stage more than once! I'm not really sure I liked that the premise moves to his childhood issues, I thought the base story of the first few months of a newborn was enough to mine. Maybe half full on Thursday evening.
3 stars.

I didn't go. I live quite far from the Bush and after reading the reviews it put me off. Not really interested in the play's topic and it seems it wasn't really well done.
