Not many entries of celebrities being in a bad light. I live in the same street as a major family-friendly TV national treasure comedian noted for his calm and agreeable manner. One time years ago I saw him when his young child had laid down on their back right in the entrance to a big busy branch of Tescos and he was standing over them red-faced and screaming "GET UP ! GET UP ! GET UP !". Parents the world over will sympathise. He's got a nice house, worth about £6m. MMcI? It wouldn’t really be fair to say who it was, he really is a very pleasant chap in real life and I had a lot of sympathy for his predicament but he was lucky social media hadn’t fully taken off.

Not as much of an encounter, but back in the day when Marti Pellow was Narrator in Blood Brothers, he seemed somewhat bemused I was the only woman not waiting specifically for him at stage door. I wasn't waiting for him at all, to be honest.

As referenced above, I am from Sydney, Australia.
The reason that I mention this because, not sure if you're aware or not- but the three Star Wars prequels were filmed there.
My Uncle is a sound recordist for movies and was doing the sound for all three films. Google him; Paul "Salty" Brincat.
Up till this point I had never requested to go on (any) set, and I never have since- but this was Star Wars! I wouldn't even call myself a fan. Not really. But, again, this was Star Wars!
Imagine a set with two circles- an inner and an outer. All the action was taking place in the inner circle and I was standing on the fringes of the outer circle, trying to be inconspicuous and out of the way.
George Lucas was to my left, a mere few feet away watching Natalie Portman finishing a scene.
Suddenly this man came up to from (seemingly nowhere) and said 'Good morning'. 'Good morning' I said back.
The guy again said 'Good morning' and again I said 'Good morning', thinking 'what's this guy's problem?' Then I realised that guy was a bearded Ewan MacGregor and the location where I was standing was directly in front of his portable changing wardrobe!
I mean I had to physically move aside in order for him to get in!
When he came out dressed in costume, he gave me a nod of acknowledgement and I tried to become even more inconspicuous and offered to help my uncle tying up cables and help him moving equipment from one studio to another.
Before the day was over I'd also seen Christopher Lee and had a great lunch of fish and chips.
BTW I didn't speak to either Natalie Portman or Christopher Lee; I just saw them.
