Usually around this time of year I see ticket offers/promotions for West End shows for January- February but haven't seen any yet. Have I missed them this year or are there none around?

Nothing that I’ve seen so far is any better than the usual tkts on the day offers.

Do you mean the official "New Year Sale" that used to be called Get Into London Theatre? officiallondontheatre.com/sale/Still there, haven't looked if the offers are any good. In recent years it really went downhill, offering only fairly mediocre seats in the back of the stalls and stuff like that. But depending on what shows you are looking for, you may be lucky.

That's the one. Must have missed the start of that. Usually get loads of email's about it. Was hoping to get some for late February but no decent seats for the shows I want to see.

Some extra seats are drip-fed into the sale during January and February, even on the day. I got Matilda and Mamma Mia front row that way.
The 2023 "new year" sale was extended into March and there was availability through March for several shows before the extension was announced.
