They haven’t even stuck the lace at the front to her head!

They give me very triggering flashbacks of the wigs in They’re Playing Our Song at the chocolate factory- those were hilarious too.
Also I’ve not seen it, so maybe it’s unfair to say- but she gives me absolute zero Twiggy vibes. She looks absolutely nothing like her.
Did Ben Elton not know he could cast outside his WWRY pool?

At least Paradise Found tried to do something original.
This was a lazy, by the numbers jukebox musical, that really isn't very good.
It started off like a GCSE Drama exam performance piece, with terrible choreography and everyone wearing Twiggy masks. It really didn't get any better.
Why is teenage Twiggy narrating a story in the current time period and singing Lewis Capaldi songs? The tone is all over the place. Mum's in the asylum getting ECT treatment and Dad and the kids are singing 'Right Said Fred' but about a baby and not a piece of furniture.
In comes Larry Grayson, except it's not him, its the guy who becomes her BF and Manager. People believed this man was straight??
Also, the current layout of long continuous rows with no centre aisle is awful. I was middle of the row and have never been so squashed between 2 people in a tiny little space to sit in. Our shoulders were overlapping because it was so cramped., If you're mid row, get in early and claim your space.
All those folks who have spent years crafting their talents writing new musicals and this is what gets produced? I left at the interval.

Saw this tonight. What a turkey - I’m sorry - but how anyone can take this seriously is beyond me.

Cancelled in Sheffield. Not sure about elsewhere. Also cancelled at Cheltenham which was the opening venue so almost certainly the whole tour is off Beats me why any promoter would pick this up for touring while What's New Pussycat and Sinatra the Musical never made it beyond Birmingham ?

The Marlowe, Canterbury actually says, "Unfortunately, the planned tour of Twiggy the Musical has been cancelled." That would seem to be it, then.
