This is a one hour live immersive experience in a building adjacent to Saint James' Park Underground Station. You and your fellow time slotters are briefed on how you will be helping a coma patient by using technology to communicate with their subconscious, and then you spend the best part of an hour talking to your patient (played by an AI). I loved the creepy thriller vibe created, as I sat at my dimly lit desk, earphones on, background music priming the atmosphere, talking to my patient's subconscious. Some spoilers follow. . . I did the 6pm - 7pm slot, as I could easily make the Southwark Playhouse for 8pm, as well. The AI isn't exactly as smart as "Megan" in the eponymous movie, and it's going to guide you to its endgame one way or another, even if it has to ignore you at times, but it is incredibly spooky to talk to it, the atmospherics are well done, the staff at Saint Jude are lovely (or are they lol?), and the thriller type plot that kicks in does add to the frisson. I got a buzz out of the show's uniqueness, I loved that it had a convenient 6pm - 7pm slot, and I felt it was 4 stars of fun, for me.
