Hello, can someone tell me what Premium Tickets are? Thanx a lot. Literally just the most expensive tickets in the house that the theatre deems to be the "best" seats For which tickets will you go? Aren't the Premium tickets the best seats?? There must be some clue which seats are the best if you can't chose for yourself?? I am nervous too... is there really a chance to get tickets? I am hopefull!!

The premium tickets are often a block in the centre of the stalls a few rows back and central seats at the front of the dress circle

I'll go for whatever tickets I can afford, which won't be premium - in my mind premium tickets are tickets for people who have too much money, because usually the row behind or in front of the premium block has basically the same view for at least 30% less cash. But each to their own, there are shows I'll happily pay full price for (just never premium). I'm going to see this more to see if it lives up to hype than anything else (it's not really my kind of music from the little I've heard), so cheap seats for me! I don't see any reason to be nervous though - it's just a show!

I'll be nearly bankrupted by buying 2 bottom priced tickets but I so want to take my Nephew to this for Christmas!

Any ideas at what stage you enter the code - so, can I recruit a couple of friends to start the booking process and give the code to whoever gets to the payment stage first, or will we need to enter the code to enter the queue?

Normally with these things its at checkout Just checked the email. It says you will have to enter the code to complete your transaction

I think the code will be pre-queue. If it was at checkout, there would be nothing stopping thousands of people "looking" at tickets when the presale opens, clogging up the system.

Thing is the email states you need to enter it to complete the transaction. The link from the email should be sufficient to get you into that queue. I do think it will get clogged initially for that reason but they cant expect people to not search for what suits them at that time. I used to work for ticketmaster and cant recall any time you needed a presale code at the front end to get into the booking engine.

They would even be able to add them to their basket. Does Ticketmaster have a system where you have 10 minutes from when it is in your basket?

I think that if it insists that you click through from your email link, then entering the code at checkout will work fine.
In the past (not sure if Ticketmaster, can't remember) the code has been entered directly into the website to "unlock" the dates.
Either way I guess we'll find out in the morning!

Indeed. Theyve clearly put a lot of work into getting this system right. I still worry a little that all the levels of security are at the detriment of the genuine purchasers.

Just can't believe how much less stressful it was to get tickets to see the original cast on Broadway. Hopefully I'll be proven wrong and it will be much easier than I expect.

I hope that someone with a DMT Membership can give us a head up about the price categories (which price goes for which seat area).... Just 2 hours left...

I hope so too, nadia. Couldn't sleep properly today even though I'm not heading for the previews or even first couple of months. I only have 30 minutes to purchase tickets as I'll need to leave for work, hope the queue isn't too long, eek.
