Ah Katykate we were at the same show! Also thought Lauren Drew was a standout, I wasn’t a huge fan of Alicia who played Howard, she sounded like she was out of breath throughout her song but still enjoyed it. Lauren Byrne is Seymour and thought she was brilliant. I’ve seen it in the West End and I think I prefer the arts, I was back of stalls at WMC and couldn’t see the girls’ facial expressions as well and couldn’t see little details like Boleyn starting her song taking selfies on her phone. Was a complete sell out including standing tickets! What a phenomenal show and cast!

I believe that the whole wmc run was a sell out. I went on every day after we’d been to try and rebook but nothing inc standing, ever came up. Good on ‘em!

I think the song lacked the sinister impact it should have had! We were sat about 7 rows back centre stalls so had a fantastic view so dan imaging some of the little details would be lost further back. Very tempted to book for Bristol.....

Just seen that this has been announced in Woking for 9-14 November on the theatre website which is after the last date, although not yet up on the Six website...

Great tip, ahaz.
This is currently on presale to ATG Theatre Card holders. Front row of stalls (AA) is expensive VIP tickets but second row back a reasonable £38.
I think I was first to book and got two dead centre row BB for chosen performance.

I think Birmingham will be a cast change for this tour then. It was originally supposed to close then so I wouldn't be surprised if the 2019-20 cast's contracts ended then.

So will this tour just keep going and eventually start doing the same places again?
If it keeps selling the way it has been I don't see a need for them to stop it.

So if it stays out on the road, where do we think the Christmas residency will be?

This show could tour indefinitely with the week-long sit downs. It is one of the most popular, if not THE most popular, musicals in the UK at the moment.

BurlyBeaR Could we maybe remove the "2019/20" from the thread title? It's probably going to run into the next year.

Finally seeing this tonight in Aylesbury. I'm not convinced it's the show for me, but I've heard nothing but raves about it, so hopefully it'll prove me wrong!
Shamefully, it's also my first visit to the Waterside Theatre since I moved to Aylesbury 15 months ago.

Even if you don't enjoy the show overall, the tour casts performances are amazing! So hopefully that's enough if you don't overly enjoy the show!

Well, I was totally wrong about this and absolutely loved it!
The cast were off the scale and I wasn’t expecting such a beautiful feminist statement from it. An absolute celebration of the diversity of womanhood.

Managed to get a standby ticket for this Saturday in Bath. Was regretting not booking seeing as it's the closest venue to me so I'm glad to have picked up a cheap ticket

I’ve gathered that cast change for this tour will be 25th July in Birmingham.
