Sonia does a lot of development so she has fair number of shows going at once (particularly at the workshop stage). The project was supposedly well developed 10 years ago and then silent. Very different from what we normally get from Adam. Heard about a workshop happening for a musical version of the Danny Boyle film Millions and a bit of Googling came up with this guy who seems to be the composer adamguettel.com/ also surprised to see it’s a another Sonia Friedman venture.

Yes, this has been in development for years. I believe one of the workshops starred Kelli O'Hara and Steven Pasquale (perhaps around the time they did BRIDGES together?)
Audra McDonald did one of the songs from the show on her recent album SING HAPPY with the New York Philharmonic. It is called MARCH IS A WINDY MONTH, and is a lovely song:
I would love to see MILLIONS be performed somewhere in London. Adam Guettel writes some gorgeous music. Whilst I had issues with the show itself, his music for THE LIGHT IN THE PIAZZA is ravishing. I also enjoyed FLOYD COLLINS when I saw it at the Southwark Playhouse years ago.

I went to see AG in concert at The Hippodrome a few years ago and he played some songs from Millions. They were really good. I seem to remember him doing a trio song with Jodie Jacobs and Caroline Sheen which was absolutely brilliant. I’ve often wondered what happened to the show and just assumed it had been shelved for whatever reason. I wish I could hear the whole score even if the show never makes it onto the stage.
