Thanks Daniel, do we know when all dates will be on sale? I'm afraid I don't sorry. Other than the ones already on sale, I suspect we'll have to wait for individual venue press releases.

How much of it will need to be recast, I wonder?

This was terrific at the Charing Cross Theatre - but it was hardly a sell out. I do wonder how this will do both artistically and commercially in some of the biggest UK venues. Especially with an unknown cast. Do we think they will try and draft in "name" ?

I am so excited about this! I adored the show, and my idea of heaven would be the cast from the Charing Cross Theatre reassembled (unlikely I know, as some have other commitments and Niall Sheehy has decamped to Canada) ( didn't see the original at Southwark), but I will be there at at least two of the venues.

I hope they will add London for a bit as well, and i'll be in the audience every day. Unfortunately quite a new cast what I heard from rumours, too bad as I loved everyone in the last run, especially Victoria Serra.

Sorry, but in my opinion the Charing Cross cast didn't come close to the original at Southwark Playhouse, who were just a faultless ensemble. Don't get me wrong, it was still magnificent, but I actively remember missing certain actors as I watched the show last summer. Particularly Simon Green, Greg Castiglioni, Claire Marlowe and Nadim Naaman.
This will be the 4th production after Southwark, Toronto and Charing Cross, so they have several casts to pick from, as it were! No doubt there will be new members given availability of actors, and perhaps a 'name' due to the commercial requirements of touring the U.K. But I think the subject matter and Britishness will guarantee interest and audiences, regardless of who is in the cast. The story is a national icon.

I watched the performance. Sadly one of my least favourite songs.

Despite having moved to Canada it looks like ex cast member Niall Sheehy was at the press launch. Would love for him to return, he was OUTSTANDING at Charing Cross.

I know the chances are practically zero, but if Victoria Serra is on board again, Ill tour the UK just for her. I loved this at the Charing Cross, so Ill def visit one of the cities to see it.

Having seen this in Southwark and Charing Cross, I'm struggling to envisage it in a theatre the size of the Brum Hipp but I look forward to finding out how it transfers! Excellent 50% membership discount on opening night too.
