Ever seen an actor go into business for themselves during a performance? One actress in a show I was on rather fancied herself as a bit of a Celine.. - inexplicably out of nowhere, months into her run, she started doing these crazy riffs in one of her numbers. Nobody dared say anything or ask what happened, but it turned out "people were in". The MD was furious. It never happened again.
