I’m guessing some board members will have experience with having to exchange tickets due to testing positive, isolation etc. Do you have to show proof of a positive LFT result or something when processing an exchange with the ticket provider? What would happen if say you had symptoms on the day but didn’t have time to do an LFT or did one and it came back negative but it was too late to make the performance by then?

When I tested positive on LFT (very symptomatic so was not surprised), I was due to see Heathers the next day. Emailed ATG who replied very quickly offering either a gift card or a ticket exchange. I think for most places, so long as you contact them at least 24 hours before the performance, they are quite accommodating.
I wasn’t asked for any proof, a gift card was emailed across to me with no questions or anything.

I had to change tickets for &Juliet before christmas, had symptoms, was negative on LFT but wouldn't have gotten PCR back in time. I called them and they let me exchange for a different day, no questions asked. Funnily enough I was negative then, but caught Covid at the show a couple of weeks ago. LOL
