Tickets are popping up again for this remarkable exhibition at the V&A as they increase capacity and well worth checking if you want a couple to hours to fill before your show. Due to covid number restrictions limiting numbers it was a lot easier to see all displays than the last V&A show I went to, and the exhibition has the added punch of being able to tell about the designers and workmen as well as the buyers of the work. All wrapped up with the history of the tsars, Russian Revolution and the London shop it's a more reflective show than when you just get to see the pieces of art. Fifteen imperial eggs are the final act and certainly wow with the craftsmanship, photos really don't do justice to the incredible designs or capture how vibrant they are. Well worth a look if you get the chance
