Forgive me if this is covered elsewhere ad please direct me to where.. but they are saying now that the new dates for GOOD prob not this year. Ok fine, but only when the dates are settled will they then honour a voucher for a new date. I’m a tolerant sort of gal but hanging on to my £160.65p for such a long time is beginning to feel a little dodgy to me. The tix were for over a year a go. Any advice? Can I get a refund? Best way to do so? Ta for any advice offered.

When Sunday in the Park With George was eventually cancelled I phoned ATG and was on hold for forty-odd minutes, and as soon as someone on the other end said “hello” I was disconnected. Was not impressed. So I emailed them instead, which took them nearly a fortnight to respond to, but they did issue a refund. Personally I found that preferable to listening to hold music playing on a loop for what felt like an eternity.
Since it’s indefinitely postponed, and it doesn’t show up on their website anymore, I’d say email them to ask them for a refund and let them get on with it.

Well, there's a surprise. The form you provided a link to will not accept my telephone number. I've tried every combination, even that suggested by the site itself and also including their drop-down listed numbers of mine. None of them are acceptable to the form. So, I can't complete the form to get a refund! And ATG wonder why they upset customers!

I had the phone issue thing when complaining my voucher didn’t work. You need to start it with +44 and drop the first 0. Took me ages to realise I had to type in the +

I’m really not in the mood to jump thru hoops. I’ve had mixed results with all this refund palaver cos of the pandemic. Some companies are ok , others not.

@n1david's helpful link finally prompted me to seek refunds for The Doctor and SITPWG. I used the +44 and dropped the zero and both went through no problem and I've already had replies from named individuals from ATG!

but only when the dates are settled will they then honour a voucher for a new date. I know that's literally what the email says, but with the credit voucher and redemption code provided, I wonder if it would be good for any ATG ticket purchase? Their other shows that haven't been rescheduled yet resulted in a credit voucher that I was able to use for new purchases. There doesn't seem to be any way to see your credit vouchers on the ATG website, unfortunately.

The confirmation email I received after lodging the refund request says "• 35 Venues Nationwide - Your voucher can be redeemed for tickets to see any show at one of our 35 venues across the country and London’s West End." They do try and talk you out of a refund but it's just a matter of replying 'REFUND PLEASE' . No drama at all.

I'm debating whether to get a refund, but am reluctant because they keep the £3ish booking fee and the whole process seems unnecessarily difficult. If people have paid for a service which isn't provided, they should have the choice of a straightforward 100% refund or a credit voucher.

In the alternative reality that is the ATG website homepage there isn’t even an option to sign into your account. Certainly not on the iPad version anyway. However if you Google ATG Sign In you’ll find this page secure.atgtickets.com/online/login.aspFrom here you can sign in without going through the ridiculous motions of pretending to buy a ticket. Find Manage Account (it’s right at the very bottom of the page with all of the shows listed on the version I see) and from there you should be able to find orders and vouchers.

from there you should be able to find orders and vouchers. This is interesting. I can see my most recent orders, and didn't realize you can click on each to see if there's a gift voucher associated with them (at the very bottom). There is at least one order where I'm fairly sure I've used the gift voucher. When I display the order and click on "new order", it says "are you sure?", which I'm reluctant to click because I don't know what that will do. Anyone know what happens when you do so?

So turns out after many emails that the cc i booked on has run out so they need another cc to give me my refund which to be fair that have offered now. They gave me a phone number. I hung on for ages but gave up. The covid message on the phone is so loooong it took aeons of my phone battery 😳 so I am left with having to phone and hope someone answers. Eventually.

Yep I had this problem too. Tried over 4 different days ( well, nights for me because of time zones) and spent about 40 mins on hold each time without getting through. I messaged them on Twitter and all they could say was 'try again later'. :/ I guess we have until the voucher expires to claim a refund, but it's not good service at all.

ATG customer service is so bad.
They don't answer the phone. They don't respond to emails. Just automated reply that it will take 14 days to get back to you... but then nothing. They don't respond to queries via their website. They don't respond to social media.
You expect a few days wait these days but months? Covid is not an excuse. They are just woefully understaffed and their response times are an absolute disgrace.
To be honest I will be booking anywhere but with them in the future as trying to resolve anything with them is an absolute nightmare.

Any time I've phoned ATG they don't answer, but I leave my number for a callback and every time but one I've had my call returned within a couple of hours. On the phone they are very helpful.
They are rubbish at dealing with emails though.

I was just looking for something else on Seatplan and they are giving the dates for Good as 21 Jan-17 March. I can't see dates anywhere else - have they guessed/made it up? seatplan.com/london/good/

On July 28, I received: "Although we have been working hard to reschedule the postponed performances of Good, we have unfortunately not been able to finalise new dates as yet." And that's the last thing I heard.

I have almost £100 with ATG and it would come in rather handy so I've just submitted a request for refund. Fingers crossed it won't be another drama
