It might be because I don’t use Facebook, but it says content is not available or was deleted.

All these Bonnie and Clyde teases and eye emojis is getting very boring and tedious now. They either need to announce something or don’t. It’s just being unnecessarily dragged out now. Like the boy who cried wolf

The eye emojis are only JUST getting annoying for you?!
Christ, I lost the will to live with them back in January!

I saw a couple of tweets today saying that it might be coming back in 2023. I find that a bit odd as it wasn't exactly a sell out at the Arts Theatre and there were always offers around.

Last time I said that on here I got shame quoted by one of the cast claiming it had practically sold out in its final month. The speedy transfer/tour launch tells us exactly how confident they are of this in these difficult times.

But wish them luck as I thoroughly enjoyed the concert but didn't get to see it a the Arts.

It's just a little fun, there must be reasons why they haven't announced yet (For both the shows mentioned above) they just want to stay relevant in the eyes of audiences. Social media is a great way to do that.

No, we should be complaining about all of them! One begets the other, all to feed a clamouring audience of mostly teenagers who somehow think that this method of delivering product is the norm. Lets hope all tickets are less than £25 then.

It will be about the proshot stream release of the Drury Lane concert, doubtful to be anything more exciting than that. Always happy to be wrong though.

Most people here are over the age of 15, which is the target demographic for “emoji posts” on TikTok or whatever. Most of us, I’m sure we’re all agreed, never want to see this show again.
The whole thing is teasing an on-demand release, I can feel it. I’ve heard nothing to suggest this will come back. And if it does, it needs major - MAJOR - investment and some much stronger casting.

I assume you meant to say we AREN'T the target demographic, in that case I fully agree. The fact alone that we communicate on a forum like it's 1999 gives us away But does nonsense like those eyes really get 15 year olds excited? Once maybe, but it should get old soon. Agree on the holy trifecta of obnoxious bloggers though.

There was one last night, again with the eyes about B&C…do the shows pay them to drum up some interest? Please enough with the eyes now, or at least have actual news about things that exist.

So I don’t know about other Gen Zs but I’m 21 and just find the constant eyes emojis leading to nothing f*cking annoying even if I’m the target audience! Aren’t most social media accounts for West End & touring musicals run by an external marketing company, usually running accounts for multiple shows? I wonder how much money they’re paying whatever company to just occasionally post a pair of eyeballs to “market” a show that’s not even currently running?! I think to be fair in terms of how well it sold, it definitely struggled at the beginning of the run but then after they did a TodayTix flash sale it did start to sell quite well, combined with building word of mouth, and was selling out quite a few nights, and towards the end of the run it was tricky to get any tickets. I know that selling out by pricing lots of tickets at £25 is not a sustainable business model though! Whether it did sell out or not though, I agree it was just petty and dumb for that producer or whoever he was to take to twitter to bitch about a comment one of our users made. If you know your show is doing well then great, why do you care what someone on an internet messaging board is saying?! I would love to see it return as I only got to see it once and thought it was really great, quite an emotional piece with a score that’s really grown on me. I thought both Jordan and Frances were wonderful as well.

…especially when said board member (waves) based it on the availability of tickets whenever I looked into going. Being prissy and pedantic about it wasn’t a good look.

Hactually Robert, I think you’ll find that there was a Thursday in June where, if 11 of you wanted to go as a group, you wouldn’t have been able to sit together. That, my friend, is sold out. 😐
