Does anyone know how to use them? When I booked Walden I tried to use up one of the many vouchers with various balances on..To make it work you need 2 numbers..A voucher number and a redemption number ..Didn't work so I rang atg.. the lady said that I wasn't doing anything wrong ..it was the voucher numbers were expired..she sorted the problem by reinstating the numbers with a new expiry date but then booked then with said vouchers for me..Now I have come to use again as there is still a balance on them they still don't work..Any ideas how I can find the live redemption numbers on my account...when you look up the vouchers it just gives you the voucher number and balance but no mention of the redemption number...I thought I had cracked it when I looked at the Walden booking confirmation as both numbers are listed ...but they dont work either! Really frustrating booking shows with fresh money when there is a balance that could be used already ..

If you can find the voucher amid your order history (should be under the original order number), it quotes both voucher code and redemption code - any orders showing at £0.00 were refunded, anything in the last year or so with a value might be a voucher! Happy hunting...  |

Can find them no problem but the lady told me they have expired...when she put the Walden order through she created new codes to make them work ..I can see them on that recent order ...but if I try and get them recognised on the little program to check the balance left on them they are not recognised so I doubt will work when I want to buy m r tickets on Monday meaning I will have to pay out again .. |
