Glad I have 2 phones with o2. Can't argue at a pair of tickets in the circle for &Juliet for £20! look like they would be £69.50 each normally (worst ones in that range but still an amazing bargain!!!!)

Ugh tried to get some this morning but it said the code was no longer valid because the promotion had already been fully allocated  Was really hoping to get one to see a couple of shows for my birthday next week. Really gutted |

I also missed out. Kept checking on Monday (which is when it's usually released) and assumed it wasn't going ahead this month.

It said that it would last until Sunday so it is a bit of false advertising. I know it's an offer and they don'w owe you anything, but still...

Always next month I guess, shame really but then again it's for free so I shouldn't complain.
I'll just stick to rush tickets for now anyways. I did want to get ocean at the end of the lane tickets as I don't think they're on rush.

I set an alarm on my phone for 9am this morning to check, or I reckon I would have missed it too, thankfully I don't start work til noon on a monday! Fingers crossed you manage to nab them next month If its any consolation, I'm still on hold to ATG to book my panto tickets with the tokens. 45mins so far! |

I've just done it and it was quite straightforward. |

The last time I bought some, the only limit was the number of codes you had. So if you can get a code(s) from someone not using them you should be able to buy one at half price for each code. |

Who takes the theatre tokens? I remember in the olden days you had to go to the box office of the theatre of Tkts to use them.
Can you use them online at, say, LWT or Delfont Mackintosh websites?

You can only use them online at officiallondontheatre.com/On the phone with ATG also works, if you actually manage to get through to someone. |

I am new to O2 so had a look just now and it's showing for me. Though I don't really use Theatretokens as I tend to buy either rush tickets or make use of theatre's dynamic pricing, so having to go through the phone or officiallondontheatre is probably not that useful for me. That said, I only just noticed that you can use them for TKTS tix online, so that might actually be a bargain.
Just to check, if you have tokens, do you have to use them in full, or if you have a 40 quid token and only pay 25, does the other 15 quid stay valid to use at another time or will that be lost?

You just use the amount for the ticket and the rest remains on the same token number which you can view on www.theatretokens.com/ |

This offer is getting a bit daft now. I get the sense that regular theatregoers are snapping them up the minute they go live to subsidise their habit - which is fine - but probably not what they intended in terms of encouraging new people to try a show.
