It has to be one of those productions that will make people more likely to sign up, I've wondered so far about their play choices, whether it was just those that they have permissions to share as they haven't contained anything I thought was hugely liking to make people rush out and sign up. I mean obviously they want to spread them out to keep people paying. I find myself trying to second guess what might disappear first to inform my order of watching (as I feel I should watch everything on offer).
News that Angels is on has pushed me into signing up.
Same here! I really want to see that one, and given that it's in two parts I figure it makes more sense to pay for a month, and then see if I'll want to extend the membership or cancel. (I have a distinct feeling that I already have too many subscription services, given how many things I actually watch...)
Fantastic! I was nervous that, if there's not enough people signing up then NT might lose interest in this, but they've just added a few new plays to the site: Antigone, Behind the Beautiful Forevers, and Angels In America parts 1 & 2. They all look good and I'm especially glad for the opportunity to see Angels again.
I guess they can’t ‘lose interest’ as they’re still selling annual memberships, but very glad to see Angels in America on there -certainly going to be a big draw to the service I’d have thought.
I see they’ve also added a ‘rent’ option, in case you didn’t want to sign up (although it costs less for a month’s membership than it would to rent both parts of AIA).
Glad to see they’ve put ‘end dates’ on availability there too.
