I swear the majority of rumours on that blog appear on here in threads a couple of days beforehand tbf. Curious if a replacement does get announced soon though. |

I guess you were there tonight BB as was I and it totally lived up to expectations. Sutton is a goddess to my eyes and ears. Only 42nd Street edges this into second place in my all time favourite shows. I was yes. Wasn’t it good? I think 42nd St probably pips it because of the sheer number of very big production numbers. Also, would it be terribly uncouth of me to say I thought the Barbican was stunning inside. The public areas I mean, not just the theatre. The concrete and that bright red. Fab. |

SJB has played it before so wouldn't need as much rehearsal, and she was due to play a concert at Cadogan Hall before Covid struck, so I guess it's possible...it seems unlikely just for 4 weeks though. It would get the MT fans booking (or rebooking!)

There’s also been a lot of nonsense written. Far more reliable people on here who are bang on every single time and with actual inside knowledge. Either way good luck to him, gotta start somewhere. |

What does one gain from posting a rumour? Why does one feel the need to do it? Attention? Bragging rights, just to able to say "oh, I said it first?" (Providing it comes true of course)
Seems like a strange thing to do.
