If there is a stop over in Belfast I'll definitely be buying tickets for this.

Count me in for a Bristol birthday bonanza! My bday is a Thursday next year so hopefully that’s matinee day followed by a cheeky Turtle Bay or Park St Nandos. Bring it!

Seems odd the Palladium would decide to ditch the pantomime for this. Yes it would be a popular ticket but would it be as popular as the panto?

The live action remake was released not that long ago (three years ago to be exact), so I assume that it's still fresh in people's minds. Besides, I imagine that a lot of people have wanted a West End revival since the original production closed at the Dominion.

If you find stockings shocking. That would be a welcome return! Such a feel good show, and classy when done with a bit of pride.

What a shame if the rumour is true about there being no panto at the Palladium in the future as this was becoming an annual treat although, to be honest , using the same cast every year was beginning to become a bit boring.Shame they couldn't have used some of the other excellent panto performers around the UK for a change.Never mind there's always Wimbledon or Richmond to go to instead. I am not a fan of panto, so this is good news for me, but I no a lot of people were fans. The Palladium panto has became a bit stale, I wonder what Julian Clary, Gary Wilmott and Nigel Havers will do for Xmas now. Saying that the Christmas run of Cats was glorious and epic, complete contrast to the show that went out on tour. Nicole Scherzinger, Kerry Ellis and Beverley Knight were all brilliant. If you find stockings shocking. That would be a welcome return! Such a feel good show, and classy when done with a bit of pride.

Gary Wilmott could well get cast as Maurice... Julian would definitely get cast as Lumiere Julian Clary playing a flirty ladies' man? The Palladium Panto regulars will just go back to doing the larger pantos in other cities around the country I expect.

Shall we maybe steer the subject back to Beauty and the Beast?

Would prefer some of the new songs from the film to replace the songs originally added for the stage. Absolutely. I hope this happens.

I'm confused. Not difficult I know but is this thread about Beauty and The Beast, Anything Goes or bring rude about Sheridan Smith? Or all of the above?
