Today I had 3 emails about refunds for various performances at the ROH. Followed by an email saying they'd inadvertantly refunded me for a performance back in February! Quite how their system even allows that to happen I don't know. The email included a link to their donations page with a not-exactly-subtle message suggesting I consider donating the money back to them. I did, obviously, but I'm not too impressed that I basically had to sort out their error.

I got a refund for one ticket from ATG. I’d paid for that on my card, but I’m struggling to get a refund for a ticket for which I’d paid with cash and theatre tokens. Apparently I have to speak to a manager. I missed a call from them a few days later and couldn’t call back because the number just cut out. I contacted ATG again and they said someone would call me , which didn’t happen despite them saying I’d had a call . Days later I called back , and they said I would now be back at the bottom of the queue and I’ll just have to wait for a week . Not great, but I understand things are difficult and they’re working from home , it’s the same for all of us .

Phoned ATG as soon as the postponement of SITPWG was announced and as soon as I explained that I paid with tokens and credit card my name was added to the call back list from a manager to authorise the refund. As where I work I get absolutely no phone signal at all, I have asked for either a call back after 5pm or on a weekend to sort it out.

ATG have just emailed a credit voucher for tickets I cancelled by phone two days ago That is happening to a lot of people - see the SITPWG thread - and seems to be an automated process but the refund should still happen if its been agreed with them.

Very impressed with the Barbican box office. Emailed this morning querying my Evita refund and got a reply within five minutes.

Just came on here to ask about Evita! Has anyone had a refund for Evita tickets yet? All my other Barbican refunds came through last week, so I know their process is working. My Evita order says the refund was initiated at around the same time as the other ones, but no sign in my bank account yet.

My Evita order says the refund was initiated at around the same time as the other ones, but no sign in my bank account yet. Both! I had a ticket for the opening night in June which has been refunded. But also had one for the closing night in August which I am still waiting on. Though I did e-mail them a couple of weeks ago and they implied everything had been done. But maybe is date order after all....

Not had mine either, although I did get an email from them this morning asking me to renew my membership. I think I would have made sure the refunds were sorted out before sending that!

I explained that I’d missed one call, and made other calls but not had a call back. I requested a call back the same day and indeed was successful. I don’t know if it was because it was Sunday (I suppose at present it’s not necessarily quieter) or they had a record of my calls , but I got a call. I accepted ATG tokens (open ended) in place of theatre tokens because they offered an extra £10 , plus where I live it tends to be only ATG theatres which accept theatre tokens anyway.

I've had some more info about the Evita refunds- "Apologies for the conflicting information - we received an update on 5th May that tickets for performances of Evita dated 1st July onwards would clear within 5-6 working days, so it will be with you very soon. Certainly let us know if you haven't received it by the end of this week." Fingers crossed!

I had a weekend in London booked for June. Sunday with Jake, Angels and Hairspray all requiring me to do something to get my money back.
Just had a mail from PremierInn saying I’ll be refunded. No credits, no offers, just “we are giving you your money back”.
My opinion of this company is now very high.

Just checked my bank account and my Evita refunds from the Barbican are showing as pending transactions to land in my account tomorrow. Each ticket is refunded individually.

I had two stays with them, one in June and one in August (which I had moved there from March). Both changed to their new Advance rate, which means they can be cancelled 28 days before arrival. Very happy about this (as it was the biggest part of the trips moneywise), will definitely stay with them again whenever. I'm pretty confident, no tickets will be lost, even if it is only a voucher, got several refunds though. Now only the flights to deal with.

I've had refunds processed with real efficiency by The Barbican, Royal Albert Hall, Bridge Theatre and, even, AXS. ATG, on the other hand...
Special shout-out as well to The Barbican for allowing the amount to go back to an account other than the credit card so I could more easily repay friends.

Has anyone else had an email from Quay Tickets asking them to reset their password after a system upgrade?
Seems very odd timimg! Just dealing with bookings at The Lowry must be more than enough to be getting on with at this time, let alone all its other clients, without adding an extra layer of complexity to its operations.
I've booked with Quay before, so I'm assuming its genuine, rather than a phishing exercise.

I've booked with Quay before, so I'm assuming its genuine, rather than a phishing exercise. Just checked my email. I’ve had nothing from Quay Tickets about any password resetting. I would of assumed that it would have been a general email to all customers rather than just specific people after a system upgrade. As you say with everything going on with trying to sort out bookings and rescheduling stuff it seems a weird time to be doing a system upgrade. I would of thought they would have had enough on their plates!

I also had that, couldn't even remember why I had a Quay account. Did it, logged in and it's a very vanilla site now - no old orders etc.

I had the same - haven't bothered re-setting, I'll do it as and when I next need to book with them (which present circumstances aside, past experience suggests may not be for some time!)

Just had an email from ATG re a June booking for Come From Away - I'd already seen the credit voucher pop up on my account, alongside two others for earlier bookings, but it's the first time they've actually contacted me. The form to exchange for another date can also be used (it says in smaller print) to request a refund, although there is nowhere on the form itself to do so... just an "I'm writing about another query" option. I get that they'd rather I exchange, and I'll definitely be going back to Come From Away as soon as I can, but I'd rather wait to book until I know when that actually is.

Has anyone heard anything from the Leicester Haymarket? Their website still only has the message on that was put up the day the theatres closed, which says not to contact the box office. Having had refunds for everything else I had booked right up until mid-June, I'm getting a bit hacked off that I still haven't heard anything from the Haymarket about a performance from 21st March.
