Oh dear. No, just no. Obscurantism and self-indulgence (20 actors in a 40 minute play? Really?) presented on the altar of the subsidised sector and we must nod knowingly and say we've enjoyed it or we will be called all sorts of nasty names by pacifists.
Nope. And it wasn't just me, everyone sitting around was either baffled or hysterical at the shortness of the piece or both. Apart from those who were asleep of course.
I love conciseness and I don't need to have a coherent plot (though it can help) but there is nothing to this other than some interesting images and a couple of nice ideas. If this wasn't written by Caryl Churchill it wouldn't have been revived.
