Anyone have experience of dealing with them recently? Their website is seriously problematic, lots of dead ends and lots of links which won't click through.

I think the site is in the process of being redone, although not great that what's there isn't working. Phone them if you're able to, they might be able to sort out whatever you need doing from their end.
