Yeah same here. Also a member of the Anne-Marie Duff appreciation society. Notice that evenings kick off at 7pm and matinees are 1.30pm. Is this usual for the Almeida or does this point to another long one?

Is this usual for the Almeida or does this point to another long one? That's unusual for the Almeida, usually a 7.30pm start. Last 7pm start was Oresteia which was 3.5 hours....

Anne Marie Duff does seem to like doing long plays with Husbands and Sons and now this I can live with that as long as it's lots more of her on stage rather than just lots of intervals.

Strange Interlude at the National was a long one also. Did Macbeth at the Lincoln Theater which was best part of three hours

How on earth do you drag Macbeth out to three hours? The necessary pacing for that running time would kill it stone-dead.

Jamie Lloyd's McAvoy version was three hours also. Lots of extended fight scenes?

Richard III is also a 7pm start although I think that one uncut is quite long. i remember seeing Anne-Marie in Strange Interlude and she was brilliant in that.

Is anyone else unable to check out once they have ticks in the basket or is it just me...? There doesn't appear to be any way to do it!
Edit - ignore me, I misread my Almeida email and thought today was my level of booking. Feel guilty about the level of abuse I was directing towards the box office now. But only slightly, since the website is terrible.

I was at the Box Office today and they were unclear about who could book today, so I wouldn't worry about it...
