Well I think the lead missing would’ve accounted for a fair chunk of that According to the cast board she isn’t. Is that the correct cast board? It's got Rodney as Charming but last night was his final one

I just got to the theatre and the first thing I was met with when I got to the top of the stairs was Joel Montague, posing for pictures with Carrie fans.
This is going to be another…interesting visit isn’t it?

They are going live on Instagram for the curtain call so worth watching to see if ALW has anything to say

It's full original cast, those boards are wrong
Ivano got an incredibly long standing ovation after his solo (well deserved) Probably would've continued on for ages had it not been cut off by the orchestra

Well the livestream just abruptly ended as Lawrence Connor came on stage. But the reaction from the audience was huge and looked like it meant a lot to the cast.

Lawrence read out a letter from ALW that received boos from the audience.

No ALW
Just a letter where he says Cinderella was an 'expensive mistake'

No ALW Just a letter where he says Cinderella was an 'expensive mistake' That is so incredibly rude. To the cast. To the crew. To the audience. Say it later in an interview, if you must, but to close a show?! Not the right place. For a composer he really is tone deaf.

I'm sure someone will post a vid of the letter being read out soon
But very much the wrong tone, blaming the failures of the show mostly on covid
(Which cannot be entirely true - does not explain poor ticket sales for Cinderella when many West end shows have been thriving)

I’ve just come out of the theatre and Andrews letter was…wow.
I’ll post a more detailed review later tonight along with the full bows and speech that I filmed.
Lauren Byrne screeching on the stage during the letter being read was also…a choice.

What on earth... Laurence Connor is such a "yes man". So little integrity and respet, that he´s okay with reading that horrible letter...
