It was a shame that it wasn’t a genuine sell out (as evidenced by the available ticket collection windows) but not by a lot.

Ben's album has become one of my favourites of the year. I wasn't in the country for the gig, alas, but pleased to hear it was good.
My other half likes the album but has an issue with Ben's oversinging throughout. He DOES oversing and needs to tone it down a bit but I just love his voice and, in a current pop climate of looped vocal samples and deliberately downbeat vocals, it's nice to have a singer with a penchant for DRAMA!
Really fantastic songs. It's got to be the most assured pop debut of a musical theatre star, ever???

I've literally just finished listening to the album whilst doing the ironing. I love his voice but the album is just not for me. I think it might be an age thing but a whole album of ballads is just too dreary to listen to.
Need to listen to something now to cheer me up.
