There was no attempt to maintain the minimum age rule when I saw it. There were what I would call actual babies. I wonder if it will get worse now closing is posted. Not like they can wait until the darling is actually 4 now!

This is what has put me off seeing Frozen - I just don’t want to sit in an auditorium full of little kids who don’t know how to behave in a theatre. Same goes for the Lion King. If there was an adult-only performance, I would absolutely book.

The boxes are a good way to mitigate against this. You feel a little bit out of it but its still a magical show.

Am I the only person who found it dark? As in underlit? Honestly I was mid stalls and for several scenes it was like someone hadn’t paid the leccy bill and we were running on emergency lighting. Very underpowered, even the supposed big icy lighting moments seemed subdued. I haven’t seen too many Disney musicals but this was definitely towards the bottom of the ratings. I thought the recent BATB was much better than this. I’m glad to see it go and another theatre unclogged! Now get rid of The Lion King too. That’s overstayed it’s welcome by about ten years.

They're much better behaved than the audiences at a lot of jukebox shows!
Gives me the Frozen kids over the Jersey Boys audiences any day!

I've seen Frozen 4 times and the kids have been fine. Granted they chatter a bit but it's not disruptive and usually quite amusing. As others have said I've had far worse behaviour in shows from adults.

Prosecco witches of the worst sort; there to tell their gal pals what they could afford to do with their little darlings this week.

I saw Frozen in the cheapest seats right at the back of the highest circle. The behaviour of everyone was way better than the adult audience for Guys & Dolls in good stalls seats. The amount of adults at Guys & Dolls who needed to go on multiple toilet trips, forcing everyone to get up to let them out, was ridiculous.

Does anyone know what’s going in the Theatre Royal after Frozen? I can’t see a post mentioning this

In central third row Stalls through Rush this afternoon, despite the TodayTix app being exceptionally slow to confirm tickets. First attempt stalled for about two minutes then offered a horrible seat, thankfully the second attempt was much better. The little girl in front of me has spent most of the first half asleep, so I’ve had a clear view.
Of more interest, there’s a little boy in the row behind called Sven. I’m not quite brave enough to ask the parents…

As an alternative to Rush I've booked good seats for Frozen (Saturday 7pm performance) two weeks running @ £29.50 via Disney Magical Monday. Daughter and boyfriend went last weekend - central stalls row J - and we're going this coming Saturday in stalls row C.
The promotion starts at noon every Monday but both times I booked after 1pm. I'm sure more - and better - seats were added after the initial allocation.

Is there a 'better' place to sit as such for this production? I'm aware that the pillars are slightly obstructing to the sides. Is the 'stage magic' ruined if you sit closer in the stalls compared to the circle?
