This makes sense but what happens for the tickets already booked for 23/04 onwards (the first 3 weeks of April were already off sale, I assume while they decided what Easter schedule to have or something)

This casting is excellent all round. So pleased for Obi & Oliver. They both deserve to be massively successful.

I think I remember Oliver saying in one of his recent videos that he had some news coming up soon. So this must be it! The cast for this is looking excellent!

30th October is still over 5 months away so I'm holding out hope. More so for the fact that we're booked on the first preview and I doubt we would be able to get on the new first preview date if it were to be rescheduled. I got tickets for opening night- November 12 (the day before wasn't unbookable so I presumed it was press night) and I will be totally annoyed if we don't get rearranged tickets for the new opening night. Also it was meant to be a birthday gift- already two weeks late but now I have to find another gift hm

New dates and casting confirmed on the LW Theatres page, previews beginning 2nd April. Interesting decision, as that's Easter weekend.

Excellent casting. I was a bit on the fence about this show but with this casting I’m very excited.

Very excited to see this now with the full cast announced - so many performers who I have loved in other shows.

That is amazing for Danielle. I saw her in The Color Purple at Curve in what I think was her first major role, and she was the stand out performer for me, I just knew she would go on to great things. I was sad to never see her as Juliet and guess I won't now!

Very pleased with this cast announcement. Have a love/hate relationship with Disney shows but this cast announcement has me very excited to go and see this when it’s finally allowed to open (already booked for previews). Sometimes head into shows hoping to see either leads or understudies in particular but looking at the covers already announced I’ll genuinely be pleased to see any/all of them.

Great cast.
I wonder if they will change the show from Broadway to something decent? I hope so! Fingers crossed.

I was sad to never see her as Juliet and guess I won't now! I'm sure she's wonderful and it's a great job - but it's rather unpleasantly cynical of the producers to cast a performer of colour as the first cover for Elsa when I guarantee you they would NEVER have given a non-white actress the role outright, at least in the opening cast. If they're going to open the door, and they certainly should, then they should open it all the way.

She wowed me as Juliet in the &Juliet concert I saw just before lockdown. I hope she can announce cover dates so I can see her again!

On Broadway, both Anna & Elsa had standbys who published their dates on Twitter. Not sure if these are Standbys or Understudies but might hint that they will share dates.

Great cast. I wonder if they will change the show from Broadway to something decent? I hope so! Fingers crossed. I wouldn’t hold out too much hope. I don’t think if anyone saw this in NYC they’d be still excited about it! 🤣

I’m not following what’s happening with this musical and casting etc but Kerry Ellis is a guest on Marisha Mondays on Marisha Wallace’s IG tonight. Marisha posted that Kerry is ‘THE Queen Elsa’ in the caption. Then 5 mins later she removed it and Kerry said she has news coming tomorrow....
Not sure if I’m reading too much into a typo?

I think Sam Barks would have something to say if that was the case.

She's probably just releasing a cover of Let It Go or something She's already done a cover of Let It Go on one of her albums a few years ago and 'Into The Unknown' from Frozen 2 is on her latest album!
