If the sale failed at the payment stage the booking usually gets held, call the box office and they can proceed with the sale or release the tickets for you. If the booking did complete you won’t usually get a refund as they’re sold non-refundable so you’d have to transfer it to another date/show. Given all the issues today though you’d hope they’d refund as their systems were terrible! Thank you! If it's gone through and I end up with the seat that's fine, the £15 ticket is for a different date so happy just to go twice, I just want the money back if I don't have a seat. Rang them the next day and they got a confirmation email sent to me so I'm going twice a week apart in December. I like the cast recording and I didn't spend much on the 2nd ticket so can't say I mind. |

All of these songs are so dreary. Pass. I think that some of the songs are lovely but all I think when I hear them is ‘Groban would make that sound great’...’quit dicking around...just sing it!!!’... haha oh dear I fear I'm going to think the same from now on! They are great songs, and I admit I've been listening to them a lot - and I am really loving the videos he's putting out with each one. However Platt has got a ...whiney? type voice? I always thought it was in character in DEH but I think that's just how he sings. It's nice enough but I'd love to hear these with a bit off 'oomph' behind them too...paging la Groban it seems. Also off topic, but is solo artist what he's up to now? I admit I don't follow the man's career...is he still theatre-performing or is he set on just being a musician now? or both? mildly enquiring minds want to know. |

Adult auditions are this week. My guess is they’ve cast Evan, got it down to the last few choices for the other younger roles and will see how they all fit with the adults once they’re down to the last few adults. |

I have had a complete about face and now absolutely love these songs, especially ‘Bad Habit’ which I have pretty much on repeat whenever I get in my car. I have no desire to see him live after these four songs, but that might change when I get the rest of the album. Do we know if he’s written them, because one of them sounds so P&P I think that they must have written it for him. Roll on Friday!!! |

Just got my tickets for this as was holding out for end of Jan! 50quid tickets slightly restricted view end of row B royal circle. Hoping view will be ok?? Excited for this!

Had an email last night at 10pm from DMT to say priority booking had opened. Just gone through their link and I am able to buy tickets. I was going to log on at 10am through the ticketmaster priority booking email but looks like DMT have reopened priority before them for anyone who originally signed up. Still no front row seats on sale.
