I'm more intrigued by the "added music" haha I'm even more intrigued by the prospect of Sam being shot and lying on the ground still playing a guitar or violin if the show goes down the actor/musician route!

"Reimagined" is the new "cheap" ! Only 4 bars of 'Unchained Melody' allowed to save on licensing costs...

no magic tricks. Sam will now open a door to walk through it. Same thing right?

Costume will presumably be Sam hiding under a sheet from Primark with two eye holes cut out.

I think it's fair to say that, much to their bewilderment, no producer has really managed to make this show a success and Bill Kenwright might well be the man with the ability to work out what this show needs.
As for the illusions...Kenwrights hired Paul Kieve to create the illusions for 'Scrooge' some years before he was hired for 'Ghost' so I think it's kind of ridiculous to predict sheets with cut-out holes...

I agree. Give the show a chance! Sometimes Bill can surprise us! I thought the Whistle he did was better than on the West End!

There are quite a lot of gaps in the schedule for 2017 so I can only imagine it will be heading to a lot more cities yet to be declared.
Presumably it'll also park up somewhere for the Christmas month, also yet to be confirmed.
I'm looking forward to a new production - the original set looked superb but it clearly wasn't well suited to touring. They did a great job at retaining the feeling of the West End set when it was adapted last time, mind.

I was going to buy tickets for this tour. However the promo video shows someone giving artificial respiration on stage. I don't want to sit at the front and watch this. Is this an essential part of the show ? I have no wish to watch this on a night out ?

It will be pushed in promo videos (I guess) to illustrate the "he's died" thing - but it certainly isn't a reason to put you off the show

I have a feeling that Sabrina Aloueche might have been cast as Molly.

...and Liam Doyle tweeted about needing to get back to the gym, so hopefully he's doing the tour too, unless it's some other 't*ts out' specific role?

I might book a ticket for this if Sabrina and Liam are cast, but I'm probably gonna wait til nearer the time when we know more about the show. If I hadn't seen the original I would definitely see this on tour, but I have a feeling it could be a let-down.

Ghost again. Can't they leave it a few years? It has just toured, new version or not.
(I will be going if Liam Doyle is in it though!)

I am a huge Girls Aloud fan but why would they cast Sarah in this?! She is giving her a huge leading role vocally and acting wise when she has no stage experience! At least with Kimberley Walsh, she had training when she was younger and was put in supporting roles that, in my opinion, she was able to pull off.
