Just seen a thread on twitter, with a fan harrasing a writer and his agent for not signing his playtexts fast enough.
He has the audacity to tell him that the ordeal of getting the texts signed has put him "through hell" and he "cant being to tell you how much I've been hurt".
Why do people think its okay to do this to stars? Their job is so much more than signing playtexts for fans, they have actual things to be doing.
Forgive me if I am not allowed to post tweets on here, but as its all public on a public site I thought it would be fine.

I've sent things off to be signed and never had them back, I don't bitch. James is out of the country and has said he'll do them when he is back.
What sort of snowflake is that guy - he talks about being through hell and being hurt as if he's lost someone or been dumped by a partner etc.

Wow - put through hell is a bit strong.
I will never understand people’s entitlment. I would never ask a celeb in the street for a photo, I wouldn’t even stage door. I don’t feel the need to and don’t understand the need to. You’ve appreciated the persons work and helped them be successful, do you need more?
Why does he need so many scripts signed?

I hate how so many feel the need to tag artists in all their drama. Have a conversation, by all means, you don't need to tag people in all those tweets, especially if it is a debate with someone who doesn't like them. Defend them all you want but no need to tag the performer involved so they see the original negative comments.

I really don't get people who use their Twitter account to constantly reach out to the same people with their complaints, over and over again. Sometimes Twitter's a useful tool to get a complaint looked at quickly or efficiently but it's so much nicer to actually have conversations with people than drone on at people in a constant stream of negativity.

Indeed, we've all used twitter to shout about a big company who are suddenly able to answer our emails once you tweet, and that's fine (as long as nobody is rude to the poor sod answering the phone) but honestly do people not have anything better to do than to drone on at a person?
More importantly do they not know where the DM button is to drone on at like minded people away from prying eyes.

Indeed, we've all used twitter to shout about a big company who are suddenly able to answer our emails once you tweet, and that's fine (as long as nobody is rude to the poor sod answering the phone) but honestly do people not have anything better to do than to drone on at a person? More importantly do they not know where the DM button is to drone on at like minded people away from prying eyes. It’s how I got my refund from Vodafone (spits...dirty robbing feckers). 🤣 |
