Got the date and seats I wanted. I loved how after 2 hours it changed from 30minutes to 25 wait.

Just got in and booked, there are so many seats available so don't worry. Even tomorrow I think there will be plenty left.

Do they let you buy a single seat or are they discriminating if I wanted to sit on my own?
I thank you.

SEE! SEE! *THIS* is why I was on two browsers because I have numpty moments and click myself out! Have discovered I'm stockpiling Les Mis tickets in case of Brexit ... Anyone want a lovely Stalls ticket for Tim Minchin in Southend? Anyone? Anyone? I've already got a spare one of those for the saturday night! I figure if I hate this Les Mis concert doings after my restricted view first night I'll flog the Bally/Boe's on and see the Minchin. I can feel a spreadsheet in the offing ...

Finally got through and shelled out for a central stalls row D seat for JOJ's last scheduled show. I also just realised that my birthday falls on a Monday this year which means he'll be performing - I think I'll start giving my family hints about what to do if they want to treat me 😉
@ryan I just booked a single seat and the system didn't berate me. I didn't leave any single seats as a result, though, so can't guarantee that it would still let you in that situation.

Do they let you buy a single seat or are they discriminating if I wanted to sit on my own? I thank you. It let me book one right in the middle of an entirely unsold row. Just booked a John Owen-Jones one in November and still lots of availability, surprising considering I was 13,000ish in the queue, had to go out for two hours and hope I hadn't been chucked out by the time I got home.

Friend of mine got fed up with the queue online and has just gone to the box office. Said they were asked to leave at one point so they could deal with matinee but then went back with no queue and walked out with his tickets. Woman in front apparantly spent £500

Why is there such a rush to this? It's four months of concern time, I would think there's enough seats throughout this period to serve everyone. I'm on the queue out of curiosity and not intending to book. But I feel very good about my first row seat to the final final final final performance at the Queens, the final final final final final performance of the original version.

I got caught up in the Hype and have booked for a matinee the day I'm up for Mary Poppins.

There are seats I prefer, front stalls rather than rear stalls, stalls rather than Dress or Balcony, side seats if they are cheaper than the middle row seats, etc. I love a first/last night and the accompanying buzz and there were sod all left on either of those dates in the areas I prefer and I got on the site at 1.45pm. That's why.

I'm willing to bet that there will be seats released later on. In just about all circumstances, most ticketing website, even the official ones, don't release the entire inventory all at once.

We've not had this much excitement since Hamilton went on sale. Guess it's all going to go mad again in a couple of weeks time for Sweet Charity.

Tried twice in school on my phone but was over 20,000 back, and the number seemed to be rising instead of getting lower! For some reason booking Les Mis tickets is banned on school wifi so no luck having a go on my laptop. Now I'm about 3,000th in the queue, have been waiting since I got in, what a nightmare...

Was at 3000 something first. Than my mobile decided to refresh after half an hour, then I was number 17000 something. I felt miserable

Booked two cheapies in row B of the grand on the end. Can anyone comment on the view now that seatplan have had all it’s photos removed?

"Ball, Boe, Fletcher and Lucas lead a cast and orchestra of over 65". What's the Queen's cast and orchestra total? Might it be an expanded orchestra? According to my programme from 2 weeks ago, the cast and orchestra at the Queen's production totals to 49.

Stalls at weekends are really busy. I’ve had to book for a Tuesday to get the seat I like..
Took 40 minutes to get down from 10,200. I do not believe for one tiny second that there were that many people in the queue, this is just protecting their website from crashing and building up the hype so that by the time you get in the booking page you’re damned sure to book a ticket than go through another wait.

Is it just for the Gielgud? I was checking view pics for the Prince Edward earlier today.

The Seatplan website seems to be glitching, sometimes it shows the pics, other times it doesn't. Sometimes switching to a different browser or going incognito can sort it out.

No seats have photos while I’m looking on my phone? Am I doing it wrong? Please say I am...
Edit...works on the ipad. Have booked crappy seats for the Les Mis thing 😢 At least I won’t need to see anything for this concert shenanigan and have ‘only’ paid £80 for my two poor choices.
