I have lifted this one straight from the Ambassadors thread, sorry for the plaguism.
As message boards get a bit quiet over Xmas because of lack of news and everyone drinking and eating too much.
So what would be your New Cross Road and Mayfair and what in between? What would replace the stations? Posters on here with a strong creative imagination; what could we have as community chest and chance cards, no point in winning second price in a bueaty contest on this one!!
Other than that Merry Christmas everyone.

The London Palladium would have to be Mayfair for me!

Rather than Go to Jail, you have to go sit in the audience of Wicked.

no point in winning second price in a bueaty contest on this one!! It could be a theatre beauty contest. I'd nominate Wyndhams.

Might the Opera Houses and a couple of the larger concert halls stand in for the railway stations?

Rather than Go to Jail, you have to go sit in the audience of Wicked. Surely having to sit through Thriller would be the equivalent of the Jail square?

Some of these suggestions are very good and serial shusher how dare you speak about Wicked that way!!!
As there are 22 streets on the London monopoly board and many more theatres, I group some together to make it more workable.
Fortune/Duchess Lyceum Theatre Royal, Drury Lane Aldwych/Novello/New London Adelphi/Savoy Trafalgar Studio/Criterion/Vaudeville Playhouse/Garrick/Duke of York Wyndham/Noel Coward Ambassadors/St Martin Cambridge/Shaftesbury/Phoenix Palace Prince Edward Piccadilly/Queens/Gielgud Lyric/Apollo/Theatre Royal, Haymarket Her Majestys Princess of Wales London Palladium Dominion Apollo Victoria Victoria Palace National Young Vic/Old Vic
Good luck

I'd definitely put the Palladium as either Park Lane or Mayfair. Oxford St, Picadilly & Euston Rd : Her Majesty's, Victoria Palace, Theatre Royal DL.
Perhaps rather than collecting £200 when you pass go, you collect a ticket for Hamilton? And maybe the Chance cards could be ran in association with TodayTix; will you win a front row lottery ticket or have your credit removed from your account?

You won the Hamilton Lottery! Go to the Victoria Palace Theatre, collect £200 if you pass Go.
Transports could be Nimax, ATG, LW Theatres and Delfont Mackintosh
Theatre Cafe/TKTS replace industry

On each property instead of building a house you could build a block of seating and you can exchange all the seating for the vacation home for the owner!! (Or a new tier). My other thought was various facilities like loo, bar etc...
Jail could be train malfunction and you're stuck on the train... or just visiting the station to get a snack for the show.

Rather than Go to Jail, you have to go sit in the audience of Wicked. In prison you are locked up for 23 hours a day, doing nothing - however there is no rest for the Wicked.

Instead of 'You have won Second Prize in a Beauty Contest' - 'You have come second in Lord Lloyd Webber's latest TV Casting Show'!

Instead of Street Repairs, Cameron Mackintosh would send you an extortionate bill for the renovation of one of the theatres you own.
