This seems like a long run for a show that struggled to fill regional theatres.

This sounds shocking! Bit depressing that Nimax couldn't bring a decent play in, especially given they have long runners in four of their six theatres.
If anyone's interested, the tickets are on sale tomorrow and the show times are:
Wed - Sun 7.30pm Wed, Sat, Sun 2pm

Been a good while since we've had a proper West End flop...

Oh @ryan we've been wondering when the next good flop would be! 😂

Love me some Aston, but this will probably suck.
Why can't they just do something we are all waiting for? Like Hedwig!

This is exactly the sort of old balls that used to be in the West End all the time but which, Thriller aside, has largely been consigned to the scrap heap, thank God.

Oh @ryan we've been wondering when the next good flop would be! 😂 Well I might be kind to this one as I've always fancied a flop with Harry myself.

OMG how bad is that trailer and wasn't Louis Smith a gymnast rather than a performer.... ?
I can think of a fair few plays that could be going into the Garrick instead.

On that note, in this other trailer there's a lot of shirtless men swinging people about. One of them looks like it might be Harry, though I could be wrong!

☝️Oh how delightful. Is it wrong that I'm tempted to book?
Oh, I'm just wild about Harry . . .

Clearly something fell through if this is doing a four month run.

Disappointed that the Fun Home rumour never came to be. Still it’s not like I needed another show to spend money on, so it’s still a win.

During his first retirement Louis won Strictly Come Dancing as did Harry and Jay, Aston was in it but didn't go that far, hence why they are all in this show.

Three of them are known for being in boy bands, so they may be able to sing.
Looks like they've upgraded this from the touring version too, as I don't remember the guy from The Wanted being in it.
I presume it's a low cost show to put on and there's some good music.
Still, I think you can safely wait for discounted tickets for this one.

I'm happy to be corrected, but I seem to remember that Jay was one of the original three. Aston came along later. He's also taking part in the Christmas special of SCD which, assuming he gives a good account of himself, will help with ticket sales. For some performances, they may even reach three figures!

I think Louis can sing too. He auditioned for X Factor before he found fame as a gymnast.
Still this looks terrible.

That trailer is absolutely brutal.

Christ almighty. Who on earth thought this was a good idea? The target audience aren’t going to make a trip to London to see this, especially after it’s just done a long tour.
And what is Louis going to do? Get a pommel out and start throwing his body about to some ratpack? No thanks. I’m can’t wait to see the prices of the tickets... hahahaha.

This looks awesome. And stageysteven, if you watch the trailer there is indeed some pommel horse action from Louis

Nimax will literally have any old rubbish in their theatres. Depressing.

Nimax will literally have any old rubbish in their theatres. Depressing. Exactly. By contrast, the interview in The Stage with ATG's Mark Cornell made it very clear he was after quality content in his theatres. This show looks like it might give a previous tenant at the Garrick - Peter Pan El Musical - a run for its money in terms of stage awfulness.
