Old news now!  We don't know the tour dates yet, but it's playing mostly two-week runs in all the usual places! It takes a while for news to reach us in 'the provinces'. Fortnightly stops (probably longer in Leeds) seems odd for a musical that most days hasn't been able to reach 50% capacity in the West End. |

Since its announced closure, have ticket sales improved at all for people wanting to see it before it goes? Or to people really just not give a sh*t?

The Barlow fans won't care, because they don't care about seeing this cast specifically or the West End version. They'll just do the tour and are already organising tour buses to get the attention of their divine leader.

Seems to be a busy understudy week. I know Ben is off and so is Joanna, pretty sure Michele is too. Claire has missed a performance too. The minor/ensemble roles are also a bit mixed up so I guess if anyone wants to see other actors put a different spin on things this is the week to go.

The only guess I could take would be either of the Claire's. All other main ladies have been off this week or within the last few weeks. Don't know when Chloe was last off, if your interested, and Ben is off this week and Josh last week so they should be on I imagine. |

Got upgraded from the back of the Grand Circle to the stalls, so I'm guessing they aren't opening the Grand Circle tonight? I'm surprised if they've closed it on a Friday night

Both of the Claires were on tonight. They had Jenny Gayner in as Annie and Alexandra Burns on as Celia.
I honestly really enjoyed this show (even with the girl beside me whistling in my ear after every song), and will hopefully go back and see it again before the end of month 🙈

Based on the Facebook videos on the page, looks like Gary Barlow is gonna be on the album. Dunno if he'll be on all the tracks or just as bonus 🤷🏻♂️.

Those videos were recorded way back before it opened in London, whereas the cast recording happened much more recently. Whilst I can't be certain that those versions won't appear as a bonus, I'm sure the main track list will be all the cast. |
