Ah but there you are wrong.... The Gary Barlow fans ARE going multiple times! It becomes a competition over who can go the most in that kind of fan base. They will get bored in the summer once theyve got a Take That tour to follow around. They will forget all about sunflowers.

Not sure when his other musical will be due to open but I suspect from a marketing point of view itll be all over the programme and video screens at those 32 arenas and stadiums in May and June and the Barlow fans will lap up the marketing onslaught and the chance to head for a musical with songs theyre more familiar with

No I completely agree, by May/June, those who want to see the show will of seen it and will be busy with the Take That tour and then with whatever comes out of this Let It Shine show. This show is going to slowly and sadly fade into the shadows of those projects.

I wish they'd move some of their punctuation too.

The lack of punctuation in that tweet really gets to me.
Wondering whether I should bother trying to catch this show or not. It'll be very interesting to see what the critics have to say.

The tweet reads as if it's the interval that is brilliant, not the show!

The tweet reads as if it's the interval that is brilliant, not the show! Maybe that's what they mean. Perhaps they've extended it and are providing free drinks and nibbles.

Stupid question - before the 2nd act started. Isn't that obvious?

What's the difference between the Gala on Monday and the Opening on Tuesday?? Is one for celebrities and one for critics?

What's the difference between the Gala on Monday and the Opening on Tuesday?? Is one for celebrities and one for critics? If I'm not mistaken, the profits from a gala performance will usually go to the nominated charity.

Does that mean there will be celebrities at both performances or is the Opening purely for press and critics?

Saw a story on line that The Girls have had to re-order and re-print their programmes, because they had no understudy list printed anywhere in the original programmes! Apparently Equity found out and told them they were in breach of their contract. Go understudies!

Just checked my programme from early previews, and there is indeed no mention of any understudies whatsoever.

This is such a non story. I asked about this on the second preview and they were already trying to get them reprinted. The list's omission was just a mistake. Michele dotrice's understudy was on tonight I believe.
