Hi, I need your help! I heard a snippet of a musical theatre song yesterday and I don't know what it's called or which show it is from! I'm wondering if by some small miracle someone might be able to come up with it! It was a chorus number where they were discussing a play/show in the theatre and one was hoping it was good so he didn't have to leave at the interval. Not much to go on I know but can anyone help me? Thank you!!

The nearest I can think of it "Opening Night" from "The Producers". But they're discussing how bad it is.

It reminds me of a song in Kander and Ebbs 'Curtains' but I don't know it that well to be certain.

Nearest I can think of is 'It's a Hit' from Merrily We Roll Along. But doesn't quite fit either but does have [MARY] No more sneaking in at intermission To the plays you wish you could afford
