Thinking about going to see this, anybody here watched it? I must say I loved Fleabag and as this is from the same team it is very tempting. sohotheatre.com/shows/the-one/

Yes, I saw it last night (Tuppence Middleton was the reason I booked but all the cast are strong). Yes, it's really good and well worth seeing. I won't say more unless you want me too, but I thought it was more interesting than Fleabag (which I wasn't that mad on - I just thought spoiled rich bitch with your bijou cafe, stop whining and degrading yourself!) It was my first time at the Soho Theatre and I'd suggest for this going for the rows after / including row F - the middle and higher rows were more popular. I was in row E which was on the floor level and looking up at the stage with TWO top-knotted girls in front (argh!) and the rake - which is good - starts the row behind. The front row is D for this. I'd also suggest asking (which stupidly I didn't) if there are any late returns for better seats - some of the people in the slips were shifted to the rest of row E where there were a few gaps though the rest of the theatre was full. Running time is 1 hour 5 mins and it starts at around 7.15. The bar looks lively but I was taking the nigh bus so didn't take advantage, though I did gush briefly to Miss Middleton who is lovely.

Great to hear. I shall book into row G then, hopefully I can get to a matinee in the next few weeks (though I will have to wait a bit and see, £25 for an hour is quite a lot of money!) And re: Soho Theatre bar, I frequent the theatre to see comedy shows mainly and I've met many a comic in the bar after the show.

It's an emotionally jam-packed hour, though!

Four stars and a great review from the Sunday Times yesterday prompted me to book for this beginning of August. Looking forward to it.

I thought this was great. Seems a little stilted at first but once you get in tune with the characters the tension really hits you, and it hits hard the play goes on. Think I might actually go and see it again.
