If we're doing jukebox musicals as well I'm all for "Hot Summer Night" from Bat (especially since I just got back from a beach).
Also "Song of Purple Summer" from Spring Awakening. While I never got what the "purple" is supposed to be, somehow the song perfectly captures the feel of a hot summer day out in the fields back home in the countryside where I grew up.
